Christy Han, an associate in Berger Kahn's Irvine office, concentrates her practice on business litigation, bad faith litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Christy has been named a Southern California "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine for two consecutive years. Fewer than 2.5% of California attorneys who are under 40, or who have been practicing law 10 years or less are selected to the Rising Stars list.
Christy has litigated high exposure cases in state and federal court, successfully prepared and argued numerous contested motions resulting in dismissal of cases in the seven figure range, represented clients at mediation, taken depositions, negotiated complex settlements, and has jury trial experience.
Prior to law school, Christy was a business consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she provided management and technology consulting services -- including business strategy development, web-based development, and implementation of business enterprise-wide information systems -- to Fortune 500 companies.
