Grady Glover is a litigation paralegal and legal IT specialist with broad experience in insurance, employment and labor, general civil, personal injury, worker's compensation, and white collar criminal defense. He has particular expertise in the areas of e-discovery, litigation support, document review, legal database administration and knowledge management.
Grady is skilled in managing large document-intensive files, assisting with document production, discovery responses, analyzing claims files, and creating exhibits for court. He has substantial experience using litigation support software, including Concordance, Lexis Nexis LAW Prediscovery, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Prior to joining Berger Kahn, Grady worked on the defense team for the United States' first-ever economic espionage trial involving a Chinese-born engineer convicted of stealing sensitive information on the U.S. space program with the intent of passing it to China. His background also includes investigating mortgage fraud for the FDIC and representing insurance companies and medical providers as a Hearing Representative before the California Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board.
Grady is a member of many litigation support groups and associations, including the Orange County Paralegal Association, E-Discovery/Litigation Support Professionals Career Network, Litigation Case Management, Legal IT Network and Litigation Support Professional Networking, among others.
