David Ezra Comments on Barry Bonds Perjury Case Stemming from Alleged Steroid Use 9th Circuit Ruling Hammers Prosecutors' Case Against Barry Bonds June 14, 2010 | Los Angeles Daily Journal David Ezra, a principal in Berger Kahn's Orange County office, was quoted in a Daily Journal article on a 9th Circuit court ruling involving perjury charges stemming from home run slugger Barry Bonds' alleged use of steroids. David, who wrote the book "Asterisk: Home Runs, Steroids and the Rush to Judgment," commented "I think everyone would agree that hundreds of baseball players used steroids or human growth hormones and very few have faced legal ramifications because of it." He went on to say, "I think a lot of people would say enough is enough. This has been going on forever and Bonds has paid the price." Back |
