	Cumis: Dueling Perspectives 08-27-2004 Lance LaBelle, a principal at Berger Kahn, will serve as insurance company counsel in a spirited debate on one of the most important and controversial issues in insurance law. Topics to be discussed include recent developments regarding Cumis rights and strategies on Cumis negotiation and litigation.
