	Julie Rubin Is Recipient of 2007 Advocacy Fighter Award Julie H. Rubin is the recipient of the prestigious Advocacy Fighter Award for her outstanding contributions to the manufactured housing industry. California Mobilehome Parkowners Alliance presented Julie with the 2007 Advocacy Fighter Award at a special awards luncheon on June 4 that was part of its annual symposium. This year's symposium was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Julie has been representing manufactured housing community owners, managers and management companies since 1989. She represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, including failure to maintain litigation, unfair competition, evictions, regulatory compliance issues, rent control, discrimination, finance transactions, and lease agreements. Julie also provides strategic advice and counsel on employment issues and other day-to-day operational matters. Back
