	Teresa Tracy Joins Berger Kahn as Principal LOS ANGELES, AUGUST 9 -- Berger Kahn announced today the addition of Teresa R. Tracy as principal and chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Group. Teresa is a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of experience, representing management in all areas of labor and employment law and litigation. "Her depth of experience and expertise will add to the firm's capabilities and support our cross marketing initiatives, delivering maximum value to our clients." Teresa's clients include entrepreneurs, medium-sized and major national and international companies and corporations in a broad range of industries. She has successfully represented companies across the United States in wrongful termination litigation, discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, class action and collective action litigation, affirmative action, audits, union organizing campaigns, grievances and arbitrations, and collective bargaining matters. She also provides preventive services, including comprehensive employment counseling and training programs. Teresa was selected as one of Southern California's "Super Lawyers" by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine for the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
