	OCBA ADR Section Meeting - Mediator Malpractice 06-05-2008 Santa Ana, CA Speaker(s): Allen Michel On Thursday, June 5, Berger Kahn L.A. managing partner Allen Michel will co-present a session entitled "Is It Time to Start Suing Mediators?" at the Orange County Bar Association's ADR Section meeting. The panel discussion begins at 12:30 p.m. Topics in this program include common mistakes and potential pitfalls that could lead to a claim of malpractice against a mediator. The program also will include a discussion of ethics in mediation. Berger Kahn principal Lance LaBelle is the chair of the OCBA ADR Section.
