	Insurance Coverage As insurance companies continue to provide comprehensive protection packages for a wider variety of customers, the potential for coverage-related disputes is greater than it was even a few years ago. The California Supreme Court has handed down important decisions in both the duty-to-defend and property coverage areas, but many issues remain to be decided. Responsible insurers want to honor their contractual obligations and sometimes require experienced and knowledgeable counsel to assist them. We routinely analyze duty-to-defend questions and assist in the resolution of attorney fee disputes and arbitrations under Civil Code Section 2860. We have extensive experience with construction defect, directors and officers, environmental and intellectual property coverage matters. All of our offices are linked by the firm’s computer network.
